All program purchases must be paid in full at the time of enrolment via the website. We accept payment through approved methods only (credit card, debit card, or secure online gateways). No partial payments or instalments are accepted unless otherwise stated in a formal agreement.

Due to the digital and creative nature of the Creative Story Mastery program, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or lack of participation.

Upon successful purchase, participants will receive access to the relevant module(s), exercises, and printed materials will be posted to the participant's nominated postal address as outlined in the program. Access is limited to the individual purchaser and is non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or program materials with others is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Creative Story Mastery program at any time without notice. Updates will always strive to enhance participant experience and align with program goals.

By purchasing and participating in this Creative Story Mastery program, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your creative output, time commitment, and engagement with the material. All participants are responsible for their own commitment to each module. By purchasing this program, you are making a personal commitment to undertake all parts of each module you purchase. If you do not complete any part of any module, the onus remains solely with you. No part of the program is optional, and your progress is a direct result of your own participation and consistency.

Violation of these terms may result in revoked access to the program with no refund and potential legal action where applicable.

All participants accept and acknowledge that all parts of all modules are the sole intellectual property of Darren Brealey (Playwright). By purchasing access to the Creative Story Mastery program, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the material for personal use only. Ownership of the content is not transferred. No part of any module or its materials may be copied, distributed, reproduced, repurposed, or reused without express written permission from the owner.

All creative content, ideas, or written work generated by participants as a direct or indirect result of this program is the sole responsibility and intellectual property of the individual participant. Creative Story Mastery and Darren Brealey make no claim over participant-created content.
